The Research Cell at Primus B-School has been
established on January 2024, approved by the
Academic Council with the vision of fostering a
vibrant research culture among faculty Members
and students. Aligned with our mission to
promote innovation, critical thinking, and
academic excellence, the Research Cell aims to
serve as a dynamic platform for initiating,
guiding, and supporting quality research across
disciplines.

has never been more critical. Establishing a
Research and Development (R&D) Cell at Primus
School of Management Studies (PSMS) will not
only enhance academic credibility but also create
an environment that encourages innovation,
knowledge creation, and collaboration. This
proposal outlines the vision, structure,
objectives, and strategies for establishing and
effective R&D Cell at PSMS.
