EXAMS ARE DONE IN THREE STAGES
01. Preliminary
Objective type and consists of 2 papers:
General Studies (Current Affairs, Indian Polity, Economy, Geography, etc.)
CSAT (General Aptitude, English Comprehension)
100 questions each, qualifying papers.
02. Mains
Written descriptive examination, 9 papers:
2 Optional Subject Papers
Essay
General Studies – Four Papers
English and Indian Language – Qualifying
Total Marks: 250 × 7 = 1750
03. Interview
Assessment of the personality
Marks: 275
Followed by Medical Checkup
Selection is based on the marks scored in Mains and Interview: 2025 marks
